The finalists for the 2023 ProCon Leicestershire Property and Construction Awards were in the spotlight at a showcase event at Leicester’s Winstanley House.

Finalists, sponsors and ProCon members met to view and discuss the finalists at the evening reception sponsored by Magma Chartered Accountants. The ProCon Awards’ overall sponsors are Freeths, Salus Approved Inspectors and Unique Window Systems. The Leicester Mercury is the Awards’ media partner.

The 20th ProCon Awards winners will be announced on Thursday, November 9, during a black tie celebration at the King Power Staium, in Leicester.

ProCon chair Umesh Desai said: “We’ve got incredible projects competing for our awards in their milestone 20 th year. They range from a £30,000 extension to a family home up to a £150 million masterplan.

“The finalist projects show the resilience and fortitude of our industry and long may that continue.”

The finalists are:
