A new Birmingham restaurant set to open in December has unveiled its top team.

Chapter, in Edgbaston, has recruited Sam Greenaway as senior sous chef who will work under chef director Ben Ternent and head chef Nathan Swift.

They will be joined by restaurant manager Ana Chiriac and bar manager Karina Koleva.

The team behind former city centre restaurant Opus announced in August that it was planning the new venture after they chose not to reopen their previous site in Cornwall Street following the lengthy period of lockdown brought on by the pandemic.

Owner Irene Allan said: "We have worked hard to ensure that we have a good mix of experience and skills joining the Chapter team and we are keen to develop them further.

"With Ben and Nathan at the helm and being able to support the new talent joining us, we know this is going to be a recipe for success when our doors open in December."
