FTSE-100 engineering company Spirax-Sarco has announced a number of changes to its board.
The company, which has its headquarters in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, has appointed Louisa Burdett as chief financial officer and executive director with effect from July 2024.
Ms Burdett is an experienced chief financial officer having led finance functions in large companies including UK-listed Meggitt and Victrex. She is currently chief financial officer at Croda International and serves as a non-executive director and audit committee chair of RS Group.

Ms Burdett replaces Nimesh Patel after who has been appointed to group chief executive, which he will commence on January 16 2024. The board has also confirmed that director of group finance, Phil Scott, will take up the role of interim chief financial officer with effect from January 16 2024. Hi
