A prominent Birmingham office block has undergone a renovation project.
Interior fit out specialist Office Principles North has carried out the work to transform the basement and ground floor of Eleven Brindleyplace on behalf of landlord Blue Noble.
More than 12,000 sq ft of space has been upgraded at the 12-storey building on the mixed-use estate.
This includes the relocation of its concierge reception desk and creation of a new welcome space and modern business lounge.

There is also new furniture, lighting and speed gates while archways have been created to lead through to a new café area, complete with a commercial kitchen which will be open to tenants and the general public.
A previously redundant mezzanine floor has also been revamped to create a multi-functional events space with new lighting and audio visual capabilities capable of catering for leisure activities, conferences and meetings.
The basement area has been upgraded with new secure bicycle storage, a repair station, showers and lockers.
Tina Batham, joint managing director of Office Principles North, said: "Eleven Brindleyplace is a building packed full of exciting new tenant amenities.
"Our collaborative design has transformed a transitional ground floor space into an attractive destination, with a modern business lounge, café and events space.
"It makes the available space work much harder for our client but, most importantly, offers a modern, dynamic and engaging office environment for new and existing tenants."
