Newly-formed South West law firm Kitson Boyce has announced the promotion of partner Rebecca Farley to head of its private client department.
Ms Farley joined the firm in 2014 and specialises in private client matters, dealing with wills, lasting power of attorney and probate work. She is also part of the trust and tax team, dealing with management of trusts on behalf of trustees and the accompanying tax advice. She was promoted to partner in January 2023.

Kitson Boyce was recently formed after the merger of South West law firms Kitsons and Boyce Hatton in October. The move sees the combined business called Kitson Boyce operating four offices across Devon, in Exeter, Plymouth, Totnes, and its Torquay head office. Kitson Boyce will have 20 partners within its workforce, as well as more than 30 other legal professionals.
