By night the pair will transform the space into a fine-dining restaurant with a monthly changing menu of small plates from head chef Gabriel Verdi.
Mrs Crookes, owner of Kernow Deli & Dine said: “It seems like yesterday that we opened Kernowine, but thanks to the fantastic support we’ve received from our local community and visitors alike, we’re delighted to throw the doors open to our second shop and restaurant.
"Kernow Dine & Deli prides itself on selling award-winning produce that showcases the UKs incredible food supplier scene. We then convert into a cosy restaurant in the evening, where guests can taste the best of Cornish produce with French and Italian inspiration, by talented chef Gabriel Verdi.”
Mr Verdi added: “It’s always an honour to be trusted to develop and serve a menu as a Head Chef. What we’re working on at Kernow Dine & Deli is ensuring incredible quality and a unique and intimate dining experience – I’m really proud of what we’re offering and know that there’s so much more to come!”
