Grade II-listed Louisa Ryland House has recently undergone a multimillion-pound refurbishment and now comprises 80,000 sq ft of grade A office accommodation over six floors.
The renovation work includes an external courtyard, café, showers and changing rooms and cycle facilities as well as co-working space and flexible offices operated by Re-Defined.
Theo Holmes, head of office agency at CBRE in Birmingham which markets the building, said: "The letting to QAHE means the building completes with an anchor tenant and flex service provider in place."
Property agencies JLL and Daniel Watney also advised on the lease deal.
