Richard Williams, director with Lambert Smith Hampton which is leasing the space, added: "It's great to see such a prestigious business moving into Northspring.

"Temple Street is becoming a real hub for property and real estate in Birmingham."

Northspring is the new name for 31 Temple Street which was the home of law firm Irwin Mitchell for many years until it relocated to The Colmore Building in 2020.

Since it vacated, the building has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment programme to create 23 separate office suites alongside new facilities for tenants such as a business lounge, a screening room, podcast studio and private booths for video calls.
