Headed by new starter Adam Greenwood, a senior director who joins from JLL, the new team includes associate director, Steph Passey, who has moved from her role in CBRE’s Development and Residential Capital Markets team.
Mr Greenwood and Ms Passey are joined by new recruits Kate Hollick who will join as a director, Lauren Baddeley as an associate director and Klaudia Gorz as an assistant surveyor.
The Bristol team will work alongside existing Residential Valuations teams at CBRE’s Birmingham and Southampton offices, as well as the wider UK Living business.
Richard Eames, executive director valuation and advisory, who spearheaded the creation of the team in Bristol, said: “There is growing demand from clients in need of support in all aspects of the living sector. By creating a dedicated team that is focused on this specific market, we can offer specialist support across the region.
“The team will work alongside our well-established and successful existing commercial valuation team and will be able to draw on that expertise where needed.”
