A construction contractor has opened a new office in Birmingham city centre.
Caddick Construction has taken space within the Northspring building, in Temple Street, following the recent appointment of Midlands regional director Ray O'Sullivan.
A five-year lease has been signed for the new office which will be home to a team tasked with replicating Caddick Construction's operations in the North East, North West and Yorkshire.
Mr O'Sullivan said: "There is a wealth of opportunity in the Midlands and Caddick's established position in the industry places it as the perfect construction partner in the region.
