Around 1,000 staff are set to relocate to Birmingham city centre after built environment consultancy Arup agreed a major new office deal.
The company, which employs 6,000 people across 17 UK offices, is relocating its West Midlands team from Blythe Valley Park in Solihull to the £700 million Paradise development.
Arup has agreed a lease for 68,000 sq ft across three floors in One Centenary Way which is currently under construction and due to complete in early 2023.
Said to be the firm's third largest office across its global group, the consultancy has actually been part of the design team working on the new building with Birmingham-based Glenn Howells Architects.
One Centenary Way is the third office building to be developed at Paradise and is being constructed on the site of the former Adrian Boult Hall conservatoire, next to Town Hall Birmingham.

Arup is the first occupier to sign up for space in the new 13-storey building which will also have a cycle hub with storage and changing facilities and be open to the public.
Its new office space will have a dedicated ground-floor area where it can meet with the public and stakeholders to discuss projects.
Birmingham office leader Mark Jones said: "Our investment in this move to Paradise in 2023 represents a major commitment to the region.
"It supports our global aim to build flexible workspace and is a significant milestone in our journey towards achieving net-zero emissions across our global operations by 2030.
"We are incredibly proud of this new location and the role it will play in bringing 1,000 jobs to the city centre.
"Our new office has been designed by us and for us and will feature advanced technologies enabling us to operate in a highly efficient way."
The first two buildings at Paradise - One and Two Chamberlain Square - are now complete and have welcomed new tenants including financial services firms PwC and Mazars, restaurants Dishoom and Rosa's Thai Café and law firm DLA Piper which completed its move last month.
Manchester-based bar Albert's Schloss has also recently announced it would be opening only its second venue in One Chamberlain Square.
Further planned phases include a 49-storey residential tower called Octagon which will contain 370 apartments to rent.
Rob Groves, regional development director with the scheme's development manager MEPC, added: "This is a very significant pre-let for Birmingham's latest landmark building.
"One Centenary Way has already benefited from the input of the Arup team and we share a trusted and longstanding partnership and a shared commitment to creating innovative new places and spaces.
"To welcome the same Arup team to the building they helped to create is therefore a huge vote of confidence, not just in Paradise but in Birmingham city centre."
